Charitable efforts are embedded in our DNA. The LBA Foundation has national coverage supporting organizations focused on families, children and communities in need. We continue to have longtime partnerships with Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation (PCRF) and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Each year we raise funds and volunteer our time to support PCRF, including our involvement in their largest event “Reaching for the Cure”. We also support various local Boys and Girls Clubs with acts of service such as facility improvements and coordinating events specifically geared for the children’s enjoyment. Many of our regions have supported food banks where they have volunteered their time to sort and package fresh produce and shelf stable items for local community members in need. We have a charitable match program and paid time off to allow team members to support the causes they value. Our employees at all levels of the company take pride in volunteering their time to support these organizations at the local and national level. We will continue to support our communities where we live and work as we look to maximize the social impacts of our philanthropic activities.
